Hi, I’m Martha Burke, M.Ed, NCC. I am a mental health counselor with a passion for helping teens and tweens develop confidence, wholeness and balance through innovative, mind-body therapeutic approaches.

The Thrive Tribe is a community of youth, facilitated by me, who are finding commonality through positive and empowering shared experiences. Together we are working towards a healthier mindset. Rooted in mental health and wellness, thriving in life!
